I'm a 27-year-old brand-new housewife in a new city (Chattanooga, TN). I have one daughter, Libbie, who is 15 months and have been married for 5 years.
In Her Words: Being a stay-at-home mom in a new city is definitely a wild ride. I'm adjusting and learning as I go along. It's lonely and strange and fun all at the same time.
I'm "trying to be the housewife I'm not." --Used to be I was LITERALLY not a housewife. But I'm keeping my tagline, because I am still really bad at being a housewife but I'm trying!
I am open to anyone with good advice--or who just wants to commiserate over e-mail or Twitter!
Best Domestic Tip - Schedule cleaning for one room a day. Ha ha Harvard what a small circle we run! I already follow the Vanderbilt Wife on twitter and have been by her blog a few times.
I must say that looks must be deceiving because by the looks of her blog, she's more of a housewife than I'll ever be!
Can wait to read about her Blissdom adventures!! Sadly it's only 20 or so minutes from here, but it's a bit pricey.
Any how, another Fabulous Find!!
Thanks, Lucy. And I must put on a good show because I am REALLY not a good housewife. I just cook well!
